Small studio space with 600 sq ft of training space on professional sprung marley floor with mirrors, ballet barres, and ample unobstructed space with natural light creates a bright open feel. Individually controlled thermostat with AC and Heat keeps your participants comfortable year round. Access to 1 bathroom, waiting area, and additional studio spaces in the same facility make this unique space extremely versatile. Great for dance, yoga, fitness, meetings, and many other uses.
1200 sq ft Multi-Use Studio
Clean, well-maintained studio space with professional sprung marley dance floor that prevents impact and overuse injury. 10ft ceiling and unobstructed space with natural light creates a bright open feel. Ballet barres, sound system, and mirrors make the space ideal for group fitness, personal training, and martial arts or meeting space for churches or clubs.
