As the Customer Relations Administrator for Dance Pointe, Jeanne handles a range of tasks that relate to the satisfaction and engagement of our students and families. This includes answering questions about our dance and theatre programs, scheduling classes, and responding to messages from parents. She plays a key role in promoting our studio, its offerings and helping to drive enrollment. Jeanne helps maintain positive relationships with our new students and their families, ensuring they feel supported and valued as we welcome them into the Dance Pointe Family.
