Come join the fun, excitement and joy of dance, theatre and drama at Dance Pointe Performing Arts Center. DPPAC offers all classes in the performing arts that include: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Zumba, Ballroom and Ballet/Tap and Hip-Hop/Tap Combo Classes. Offering dance classes to Tots, preschoolers, children, teens and adults in all skill levels, as well as Drama, Theatre Arts and Music classes in various levels ages 5 through adult.
Dance Pointe Performing Arts Center’s teachers have been affiliated with local dance companies, theatre arts and music programs for over 20 years, with university training, certifications and professional performance experience. About the Director: As a student for 30 years, and a 10 year career as a professional soloist for major Northeast regional dance companies such as Albano Ballet Company… and Hartford Ballet Company in Connecticut, Anglo American Ballet Foundation in New York City, the Summer and Winter Repertoires with Boston Ballet Company and Harbor Ballet Theater in Port Jefferson, Jennifer Pearson has given to students of local communities her unsurpassed dance experience, professionalism and knowledge as an artist and teacher for over 15 years.
Our goal is to nurture the love and appreciation of dance, music and theatre for all students with fun filled classes that promote both technique and creativity in a non-competitive environment. Students participate in dance, drama and/or music classes for many different reasons. Fun, exercise or professional career. No student is ever left unnoticed for their abilities to create and explore their talents. Dance Pointe takes pride in producing unique, annual and stress free recitals which include exciting choreography, stage sets, lighting, music and theatre acting opportunities for all of their students entertaining for all ages. Awards are presented to all students during our end of season performance finale.
